    Most of the first batch of TD-CMMB mobile phones coming into the market use platforms of Innofidei,Telepath and Spreadtrum. Telepath cooperates with New Postcom, Spreadtrum cooperates with Lenovo and the others are platforms of Innofidei.

    然而，CMMB最大的市场并不在TD手机，而是在灰色市场的GSM/GPRS手机，这一市场目前创毅视讯占了较大优势，因为MTK平台主要与创毅平台在匹配，为此，创毅的CMMB芯片价格之高也是业界共认的。据悉截止目前，创毅CMMB解调芯片报价仍是15美元，加上Tuner、CP和外围，实现CMMB功能需要增加约22美元。“我们为推动CMMB市场做了很多前期投入，考虑到这些投入，我们觉得这个定位是合适的。”创毅视讯的负责人表示，“且从目前来看，创毅的平台最稳定。”前不久，该公司在深圳召开的一个用户大会上还号召终端厂商不要打价格战，目标则是希望维持较高的芯片价格。
    However, the biggest market of CMMB is not TD mobile phones, but GSM/GPRS mobile phones in the grey market, where currently Innofidei occupies a bigger share, for MTK platform matches mainly with platform of Innofidei. Therefore, it is well-known that price of CMMB chips by Innofidei is very high. It is learned that up to now, quaotation of CMMB demodulating chips by Innofidei is still USD15. Together with Tunner,CP and peripherals, about USD22 is shall be increased to realize this function. “ We have invested a lot to push forward CMMB market at the first stage, so we think this pricing is appropriate considering this investment”, responsible person of Innofidei said, “and up to now, platform of Innofidei is the most stable.” Not long ago, the company called on terminal manufacturers not to combat with each other in terms of price at a users’ meeting in Shenzhen, with the purpose of maintaining high price of chips.

    该公司目前是DVB-T和DVB-H市场的主要IC供应商，但是由于欧美市场DVB-H开展得并不理想，并且据说他们被另一家竞争对手打得很惨，因此，中国的CMMB可以说是他们完成凤凰涅磐的一次机会，“我们花了18月的时间开发出现在的CMMB芯片，全部IP都是自己研发的，没有向第三方购买，因此我们的价格非常具有竞争性。”Siano中国区总经理王渭对《国际电子商情》记者表示。
    Currently the company is the major IC supplier of DVB-T and DVB-H market. However, due to their poor exploration of European and North American markets of DVB-H, and their failure to compete with another rival, CMMB market in China is their opportunity to prevail. “We spent 18 months developing current CMMB chips and all IPs are developed by our own without purchasing from a third party, so our price is very competitive.” Wang Wei, general manager of Chinese region of Siano told the journalist of ESMC.

    Siano一出山，就推出集成Tuner与解调器的SIP(SMS1180)，尺寸仅6.5×6.5mm、功耗仅为31mw。最重要的是，它将该SIP的报价直接降到了12美元。由
